Start small and gradually increase as needed. Our tinctures are potent, so we advise a maximum daily dosage of 2ml (equivalent to 2 half pipettes). Take sublingually directly from the pipette, or blend into smoothies or mix with liquids like water, juice, tea, or coffee.
