This low caffeine tea blend combines steamed green tea and herbs traditionally used to support menopause symptoms. With sage and liquorice for hot flushes, valerian for sleep and calm, green tea for a gentle caffeine lift, ginseng for memory and raspberry leaf for uterine wellness.
