L-Glutamine, N-Acetyl Glucosamine (Crustaceans), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Gamma Oryzanol (Oryza sativa Bran), Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Lactobacillus acidophilus, Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate).
