These sweet, crunchy biscuits can be found in pasticcerie (or cake shops) across Italy. Made by our bakers in the Ligurian town of Sassello and crisp baked for a sugary crunch, their signature bittersweet flavour comes from ground apricot kernels and almonds. Perfect dipped into your favourite tipple, we also love them crumbled on top of gelato.
