MAG365 Magnesium supplement is a powder with a highly bioavailable active ingredient magnesium citrate. All natural ingredients and no fillers. Magnesium is foundational to good health and over 600 body processes.

Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. This can be taken during or outside meals.

Directions: Mix in a glass or mug with 20-30ml of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy.
