Finding us

We are on Church Street in the centre of Seaford, East Sussex, and we have been here since 1988 – the same family, the same shop. If you are coming from Eastbourne, Newhaven or Lewes, we are a short drive along the coast road, and Seaford station is a few minutes’ walk away.

What you will find in store

The full supplement range is on the shelves rather than in a back room, so you can read a label before you buy, and there is always someone who knows the products well enough to talk you through the difference between one magnesium and another.
