Can I return my order?

Get in touch with us. If you decide you don't want something then we are happy to accept a return. Please see terms and conditions.


What packaging do you use and is it recyclable?

Rather than throw away, we reuse all packaging from our suppliers in customer orders. All orders are packed in recycled cardboard boxes with paper filler which can be recycled or reused. Please note that bubble wrap is not recyclable, although we do reuse it from our supplier deliveries. We’re currently looking into a greener alternative for this.

Can I place an order by telephone?

Yes you can. Our number is 01323 893473. We’re available between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm Saturday. Please note that lines are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Apple Pay and Android Pay.

How much does delivery cost?

Postage of £3.99 per order is applied. Orders over £30 are free of charge. 

Europe & Ireland

Postage is £10 per KG. Calculated at checkout.

Rest of the World

Postage is £15 per KG. Calculated at checkout. 

Please note that we are unable to send liquids greater than 100ml outside of the UK.

We also cannot guarantee delivery times for products shipped outside of the UK.

    Is it safe to shop with Quickvit?

    Yes, totally safe and secure. We employ a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which encrypts the data you enter into our site. We then use Shopify Payments who process your card details securely. We never sell your data to third parties. Finally, we have operated a physical health shop in East Sussex for over 30 years. This means we are available on a land-line phone during normal business hours and you don't need to worry about us disappearing.

    Do you use discount codes?

    Not usually as our prices are already highly competitive. However, when we do use discount codes they will be emailed to you or given verbally over the phone. Please note that we never use third party discount code websites.

    Do you have a minimum order requirement?

    No, however, free shipping is only available on UK orders over £30.

    When can I expect to receive my order?

    All UK orders are sent out Royal Mail 48 Tracked with most orders usually received within 3 days. Occasionally, if your local Royal Mail delivery office is busier than usual, it can take up to 5 working days to reach you. International orders take longer and depend on the postal service in your home country, customs and other factors out of our control.

    How can I track my order?

    Please refer to the text message and email sent with details of your tracking number.

    What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

    All of our parcels are sent with a tracking number. You can view your tracking number in the email or text message we send you. You can also view your tracking number by logging into your account. If there is a problem please contact us and we can locate your parcel or send out a replacement.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, as long as it’s before 2pm on the day of your order. Please email or call us.
