What is a tea temple?
Teapigs' name for its mesh bag. It is roomier than a standard tea bag, which lets whole leaves unfurl properly rather than being packed flat.

Speciality blends are usually 15 temples; Everyday Brew also comes in a 50-bag box for regular drinking.
What temperature should green tea be brewed at?
Around 80°C, not boiling, for about two minutes. Boiling water scorches green leaf and makes it bitter — let the kettle stand a minute after boiling.
