Refund policy

If there is a problem with your order please contact us via email within 14 days to request a return. We will send you a returns label and once we’ve received the product, will refund your card or replace the item.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us via email within 14 days and we will be happy to refund or exchange. Please note you will be liable for the return postage cost.

We only offer free returns if we have made an error or the order has arrived damaged.  

Please note that we will only accept a return that is unopened and in full sellable condition.

All returns must be sent back to us within 21 days for a refund.
