Solgar Choline/Inositol/250/250mg 50 Vcaps

Solgar Choline/Inositol Vegicaps contain equal amounts (250mg) of these important B vitamins.

Choline is a major component of phosphatidylcholine (PC) found in lecithin. PC prevents accumulation of fat and cholesterol in the liver.

Inositol is needed to manufacture phosphatidylinositol, one of the main phospholipids found in lecithin.

Solgar Choline/Inositol vegicaps contain:
250mg Choline (bitartrate)
250mg Inositol
Choline (as bitartrate), Inositol, Vegetable Capsule Shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate). 
Sugar, salt and starch free. Suitable for vegans.

Take 1 to 3 vegicaps daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
