The first recorded instance of people drinking tea was during the reign of the Emperor Shennong in the year 2737 BC. It's recorded in The Classics of Tea that 2 leaves fell from a burning bush and landed in the cup of hot water the great Emperor was drinking from. Naturally he was impressed by the coincidental infusion and the rest is history. It's entirely possible that people were drinking tea for a long time before this royal epiphany but never managed to write about it.

Aquasol's organic green tea goes through a unique grinding and gentle heat treating process which produces the unique dispersible powder and defines all Aquasol herbs.

Green tea's widespread embrace amongst western health food consumers over the last 2 decades has been nothing short of extraordinary, but green teas extraordinary flavour and its many properties justifies its widespread use, after all there are few herbs that are better tried and tested than this one!
