Add ice, berries, spinach, avocado, cinnamon, vanilla or add warm milk for a delicious healthy evening treat. Alternatively add 1-3 scoops with natural or Greek yogurt or porridge. Or simply mix with a dash of hot water or milk to make your own instant porridge.
