Solgar L-Lysine is a free form amino acid. Amino Acids are essential to health as they are the building blocks of protein. If you do not get enough essential amino acids from the diet then you will get ill as the body cannot manufacture them.

Each Solgar L-Lysine Vegicap provides:
500mg L-Lysine
L-Lysine (as HCI) (Free Form), Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. 
Sugar, salt and starch free.
Suitable for vegans.

Take 1 to 2 vegicaps daily with juice or water in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
