Vitamin B12 is the only vitamin containing cobalt, a trace mineral.

Vegetarians and most definitely vegans should supplement with Vitamin B12 as it is primarily found in meat, liver, seafood, dairy products and eggs. It is not found in plant foods.

Bulking Agents: (microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol), Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agents: (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Sugar, salt and starch free.
Suitable for vegans.

Take 1 Solgar Vitamin B12 Capsule daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
