Combining both magnesium and calcium in a 1:1 ratio with hydrating, skin-kind ingredients, the lotion supports normal bone health while leaving the skin feeling soft and supple.

Absorption tested by the team at Cardiff University, Magnesium + Calcium Mineral Lotion offers the first proven alternative to traditional tablets and capsules. Avoiding complications due to poor digestive absorption.

Designed for daily use and all-over application, the BetterYou Zechstein Magnesium within the lotion commences absorption immediately when massaged into the skin. Locking in moisture while providing fast, effective magnesium absorption.

Our dermatologically tested formula is free from parabens, synthetic fragrance and colour.

Aqua (water), dicaprylyl ether, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, dicaprylyl carbonate, PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, glycerin, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, cera alba (beeswax), tocopheryl acetate.

Apply 5ml (4 pumps) around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption.
After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern.
