This unique blend of three ginsengs – Brazilian, Korean and Siberian - and the zing of lemongrass gives you extra vitality to see you through those hectic times in your life, when you have a busy schedule or workload.

Dr Stuart creates his extraordinarily good teas using herbs of only the highest quality medicinal grade, from the most prized part of the plant, offering:

• The highest essential oil content possible in a packaged tea

• While other tea-blenders are happy to use herbs grown solely for food, Dr Stuart goes the extra mile to bring the best possible tea to your pot.

Lemongrass, Chamomile, Hibiscus Flowers, Peppermint, Brazilian Ginseng (5%), Korean Ginseng (5%), Siberian Ginseng (5%).

Use one bag for a cup, two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four to five minutes - the active botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.
