Indigo Herbs Mugwort Tea is derived from the finest quality Mugwort leaves. This soothing herbal tea has a long history of use and was traditionally associated with the moon. Classed as a bitter herb, Mugwort Tea can be sweetened with your favourite natural sweetener or blended with sweeter herbal teas.

100% Pure Artemisia vulgaris dried leaf.

Grab a teapot, a cafeteria or your tea making equipment of choice. The botanical ingredients can be made into an herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
