Dry Vitamin E 134 mg (200 IU) comes in vegetable capsule non-oily form to support the absorption of this fat-soluble nutrient. This ensures your body gets the support it needs to protect the cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that can damage the cells in your body and are associated with premature aging. It also contains natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) which in studies has shown to be 1.3 times more bioavailable than synthetic forms.

Vitamin E is the major fat soluble antioxidant that protects our bodies against free-radical damage.

It prevents saturated fatty acids and vitamin A from breaking down and combining with other substances that may become harmful to the body.

The more fat one consumes, the more Vitamin E required.
