A high strength curcumin supplement with gingerols from ginger root designed to permeate cells with significant levels of free curcumin to support healthy joints and mobility. In capsule form. What makes this supplement Bio-effective?: Provides liposomal curcumin, from Longvida Optimised Curcumin, for superior absorption and bio-effectiveness. This form is scientifically proven to be up to 285 times more bioavailable than standard 95% curcumin, and helps to overcome problems with poor absorption, rapid metabolism and rapid excretion from the body associated with traditional curcumin forms.

Longvida® Optimised Curcumin 500mg
Ginger Root (5% gingerols) 300mg

Longvida® Optimised Curcumin (soy lecithin, stearic acid, maltodextrin, ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide), ginger root, plant cellulose (capsule shell).

2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by a medical practitioner.
