The leaves of the raspberry bush have been used for millennia to support women's wellness and particularly to prepare the body at the end of pregnancy. From 32 weeks at the earliest, this tea can be drunk as a way to prepare to meet your baby. We blend our raspberry leaf with whole peppermint leaf, to help with digestion and heartburn/acid reflux when you're full of baby! But also to improve the flavour as raspberry leaf on it's own is hard to drink.

- Red raspberry leaf tea is not red - just to be confusing! But the leaves of the bush are high in fragerine which is linked in studies to shortening the second stage of labour.
