Lithothamnium calcareum, quercetin dihydrate (from sophora japonica l.) powder, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), bromelain complex (from pineapple), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, zein protein coating.

Adults and children 13 years and over, take 2-3 tablets (children 4-12 years, 1 tablet) a day.
