Ingredients: gluten-free flour mixture (millet flour millet:Poland, quinoa flour), tapioca starch, fibre mixture (psyllium husk flour, bamboo fibre flour), bulking agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid) With this bag, you can make up to 4 loaves of bread (400 g each) 

Gluten-Free Flour Mixture (Millet Flour (Millet; Poland], Quinoa Flour), Tapioca Starch, Fibre Mixture (Psyllium Husk Flour, Bamboo Fibre Flour), Bulking Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)

Mix the ingredients and knead thoroughly. Form into loaf shape and leave it to rest for 10 minutes. After that, make 3-5 cuts on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C on a baking tray lined with silicone baking paper for 70 minutes with top and bottom heating. Leave it to cool on a wire rack and slice as required. Season to taste.
