Our Just Natural cotton tote bags do not compromise on ethics or quality, creating a bag that truly will last for life. We only use cotton canvas that has been grown 100% organically without the use of any chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers. Pesticides threaten the quality of soil and water, as well as the health of biodiversity in and downstream from conventional cotton fields. Heavy use of pesticides also raises concern for the health of farm workers and nearby populations. Organic cotton growing repairs and renews that loss of biodiversity in cotton growing regions and where more biodiversity occurs, there is less reliance on artificial irrigation of the crops. We make sure everyone in the supply chain of Just Natural cotton carriers is paid a fair wage and we carry the Fair Trade mark so you know we mean it. Our bags use a robust 8oz/250gsm cotton canvas that can deal with the most frequent day to day use and we have tested them with contents weighing up to 25kg. The tote bag comes equipped with a 10cm bottom gusset that provides extra volume for your shopping and other bits and bobs and our 60cm long handles fit comfortably over your arm.
