BetterYou Magnesium Menopause Bath Flakes provide a calming blend of magnesium chloride, ylang-ylang and clary sage. Helping to relieve stress, ease muscle tension and support sleep.
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate, cananga odorata (ylang-ylang) flower oil, salvia sclarea (clary sage) oil, linalool.
Bath:
Add 250g (two mugs) of the bath flakes per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.
Footbath:
Add 150g (roughly one cup) to approximately five litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
