Organic Ashwagandha Powder from Indigo Herbs is made from the finest quality dried and milled root of Ashwagandha, sourced from organic farms in India. Ashwagandha is a known adaptogen used for a multitude of purposes from sleep support to hormonal balance. This herbal powder can be encapsulated, added to smoothies or to a little liquid and taken daily.
