Indigo Herbs Raspberry Leaf Loose Tea is harvested from premium Rubus idaeus leaf. A popular tea for pregnancy, Raspberry Leaf Tea can be infused in boiling water and made into a delicious herbal tea drink.

100% Pure Rubus idaeus dried leaf

Grab a teapot, a cafeteria or your tea making equipment of choice. The botanical ingredients can be made into an herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Serving:

1-2 teaspoons of the leaves to 1 cup of boiling water.
