Siberian Ginseng powder can be added to boiling water before use. This herbal powder can be re-hydrated in water or fruit juice, it can be encapsulated or added to a herbal powder blend. Please consult the Herbal Materia Medica or Medical Herbalist for this botanical ingredients uses.
Serving:
Suggested serving: ½ - 2 grams daily (can be split up over the day). To avoid symptoms of detoxification do not exceed recommended serving.
