Our One Nutrition Organic MCT Oil is 100% Coconut Oil - 60% C8 (caprylic acid) and 40% C10 (capric acid), with no palm oil and no lauric acid.
There are no chemicals or fillers used during processing - this results in a clean, light coconut-flavoured MCT oil with no harsh aftertaste, preserved in an amber glass bottle to protect the oil from air and light.
MCT Oil can be used as part of a weight loss program, or to boost endurance during a workout and can be enjoyed alone, or is perfect in coffee, shakes, dressings and smoothies
