Q10-Max is a unique and powerful combo of coenzyme Q10, otherwise known as CoQ10, and vitamin B1 to help with heart health. It's especially suitable for people taking statins.
Q10 is a fat soluble and vitamin-like nutrient that's produced naturally by our bodies for energy and to act as an antioxidant. It's in every single cell in our body but particularly concentrated in key organs requiring loads of energy, such as the heart. Q10 exists either in its oxidised form, ubiquinone, or in its reduced form, ubiquinol. These convert to either form as needed in a continuous cycle.
