Selenium is an essential trace mineral that works synergistically with Vitamin E.

As a constituent of glutathione peroxidase, an antioxidant enzyme, selenium neutralises free radicals before they can damage body tissues. It is a potent antioxidant.

This formula is organically bound and has been created using the yeast free form of selenium (L-Selenomethionine), and is therefore suitable for those with an intolerance to yeast.

Each Solgar Selenium tablet provides:
100mcg Selenium (as l-selenomethionine)
Bulking Agents: (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose ), Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Cellulose Gum, Selenium (yeast-free L-selenomethionine). 
FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Sugar, Sodium, Artificial Flavour, Sweetener, Preservatives and Colour.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Take 1 to 2 Solgar Selenium 100mcg Tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
