Amphora Aromatics is a Bristol-based essential oil supplier stocking pure single oils and organic varieties, including Frankincense and Organic Rosemary. Free UK delivery on orders over £40 from Quickvit.
Amphora Aromatics has supplied essential oils from Bristol for decades, selling to aromatherapists as well as to people who simply want a reliable oil for a burner.
Oils are sold as named single varieties with the botanical species given, and a good part of the range is certified organic. That naming detail matters: a genuine essential oil is distilled from the plant, whereas a fragrance oil is a synthetic imitation.
Single oils cover the everyday ones — lavender, eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint — through to the more expensive resins such as frankincense.
Organic versions are available across much of the range, and carrier oils are stocked alongside for diluting before any skin contact.
We have sold essential oils since 1988 and hold a wide spread of single oils, so the less common varieties are usually in stock rather than to order.
Free UK delivery on orders over £40, with orders placed before midday Monday to Friday aimed for same-day dispatch.

Essential oils are concentrated and must not be applied undiluted to skin. For topical use they are diluted into a carrier oil at low concentrations — follow the supplier's guidance or that of a qualified aromatherapist.
Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children. Some citrus oils increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or have pets in the house, seek qualified advice first, as several common oils are not recommended in those circumstances.
FAQ
Are these pure essential oils?
Yes — single, named essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance oils, with the botanical name on the label.
Can I apply them directly to skin?
No. They must be diluted in a carrier oil first. Follow the guidance on the product or from a qualified aromatherapist.
Which oils are organic?
A good part of the range. Organic lines say so in the product title and carry the certifier's logo.
How long do they keep?
Most keep well for a couple of years in their dark bottles, tightly closed and away from heat and light. Citrus oils have a shorter life.
Are they safe around pets?
Not all. Cats in particular are sensitive to several common oils. Take qualified advice before diffusing around animals.
