Is Belvas chocolate organic and Fairtrade?
Yes, both. The cocoa and cane sugar are certified organic, and the cocoa is Fairtrade certified.
Is any of the range dairy-free?
The darker bars and some truffles are made without milk, but they are produced in a factory that also handles milk. If you have a dairy allergy rather than a preference, check the allergen information on the product page.
Does it contain palm oil?
Belvas do not use palm oil in their chocolate. The full ingredient list is on each product page.
How should chocolate be stored?
Somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, ideally 15–18°C. Chocolate kept in a fridge can develop a pale bloom — harmless, but it dulls the shine and snap.
