How is magnesium oil different from a magnesium supplement?
Magnesium oil is a body spray applied to the skin, rather than a supplement taken by mouth. It is not a replacement for dietary magnesium. If you want magnesium as part of your diet, we stock a wide range of oral magnesium supplements too.
Can I take more than one spray a day?
