Booja Booja is a Norfolk company making organic truffles and chocolate that happen to be dairy free, rather than dairy-free truffles that taste like a compromise. That distinction is the whole point of the brand.
The truffles are free from dairy, gluten, soya and cane sugar, and are made by hand. They are priced accordingly, and are most often bought as a gift or for a occasion rather than an everyday treat.
The truffle range covers the classics — espresso, hazelnut, salted caramel and ginger — in small boxes for one person or larger boxes for sharing.
