Why bamboo instead of recycled paper?
Bamboo regrows from the same root in three to five years without replanting, and needs no pesticides. Recycled paper is a good option too — bamboo simply avoids felling trees in the first place.
Are the wipes flushable?
Only flush products explicitly labelled as flushable. Most wipes, including biodegradable ones, should go in the bin — they break down in landfill but not fast enough for drains.
Is the packaging really plastic free?
Yes. Paper wrap and cardboard outers throughout, so the whole thing goes in your recycling.
Is bamboo paper septic tank safe?
The toilet roll is, and breaks down in the same way as conventional paper. Wipes and kitchen towel are not designed for flushing at all.
