How many meals a day can these replace?
They are intended to replace one or two meals a day as part of an otherwise balanced diet, not to be your only food. The pack gives the specific guidance.
What is the difference between this and protein powder?
A meal replacement is nutritionally complete for a meal — protein, carbs, fat, vitamins and minerals. Protein powder is protein alone, meant to supplement meals rather than replace them.
How do I mix them?
Roughly 50g into 250–300ml of water or milk, shaken rather than stirred. A shaker bottle gives a smoother result than a spoon in a glass.
Are they suitable if I am pregnant or have a medical condition?
Speak to your GP or a dietitian first. Meal replacements are not appropriate for everyone, particularly during pregnancy or alongside some conditions.
