What is SLS and why avoid it?
Sodium lauryl sulphate is the foaming agent in most toothpaste. It is not harmful, but some people find it irritating, particularly if prone to mouth ulcers. Ecodenta pastes are made without it.
Is charcoal toothpaste safe for daily use?
Used as directed it is fine for most people. If you have thin or worn enamel, or any concerns about your teeth, ask your dentist first.
