The range is free from gluten and dairy throughout, which removes the checking. Everything is ambient and cupboard-stable, so it works as a standby rather than something that has to be used this week.
The curry sauces and kits are the best known — tikka, korma, rogan josh and similar — ready to use with whatever you are cooking.
