Geo Organics makes organic curry pastes and sauces, covering the ground between a jar of supermarket sauce and cooking a curry from whole spices.
Everything is certified organic with short ingredients lists, and a good part of the range is free from gluten and dairy, which makes it useful if you are cooking around a restriction.
The curry pastes cover the familiar names — tikka, madras, korma and others — concentrated, so a jar goes further than a ready-made sauce.
Alongside them sit tinned pulses and beans such as edamame, plus chutneys and other accompaniments.
We have sold organic and free-from foods since 1988 and keep a broad spread of the pastes rather than the two or three a supermarket carries.
Free UK delivery on orders over £40, with orders placed before midday Monday to Friday aimed for same-day dispatch.

Fry the paste in a little oil for a minute before adding anything else — it takes almost no time and makes a real difference to the depth of flavour. Add liquid afterwards.
Pastes are concentrated, so start with less than you think and adjust. Once opened, keep the jar in the fridge and use within the period stated on the label.
FAQ
Are the pastes vegan?
Many are, but check the individual jar — some recipes include dairy or fish-derived ingredients.
Are they gluten free?
A good part of the range is and is labelled as such. Check the individual product.
How much paste should I use?
Less than you would use of a ready-made sauce, since these are concentrated. Start small and adjust to taste.
How hot are they?
It varies — korma is mild, madras hotter. The jar indicates the heat level.
How should I store an opened jar?
In the fridge, used within the period stated on the label.
