It is a certification (Demeter) covering how the whole farm is managed, going beyond organic standards. Certified lines say so on the pack.
Where is the tea from?
Organic and biodynamic gardens, including a long-standing relationship with a Darjeeling estate. The origin is given on each pack.
How should I brew Darjeeling?
Water just off the boil, three to four minutes. Longer makes it astringent.
Are the herbal blends caffeine free?
The herbal infusions are; the black and green teas are not. Each pack states which.
Are they suitable during pregnancy?
Check the ingredients of herbal blends, as some botanicals are not recommended. Speak to your midwife or GP if unsure.
