Is Montezuma's chocolate organic?
Much of the range is certified organic, shown on the wrapper. Not every bar is, so check the individual product.
What is Absolute Black?
100% cocoa chocolate with no added sugar. It is intensely bitter and quite unlike a standard dark bar — worth knowing before you buy it as a gift.
Are there vegan bars?
Yes, a good number. Vegan bars are labelled as such. Check the individual wrapper, as milk appears in parts of the range.
Do any bars contain nuts?
Several do, and others are produced on lines that handle nuts. Allergen information is on every wrapper and product page — check it if you have an allergy.
How should I store chocolate?
Cool, dry and sealed, away from strong-smelling foods. Avoid the fridge, which causes a white bloom and dulls the texture.
