Natracare has made organic cotton period care since 1989, and was the first brand to do so. Products are made without plastic, chlorine bleaching, rayon or synthetic fibres, and the materials are certified organic.
Most conventional period products contain plastic. Natracare's do not, which matters both for what is next to your skin and for what happens after disposal.
Tampons come in regular and super absorbencies, made from 100% certified organic cotton.

Tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious illness. Always use the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow, change regularly as directed, and never leave a tampon in longer than the leaflet states. Use one only during menstruation.
