Natural By Nature Oils has supplied essential and carrier oils in the UK for many years, selling to therapists as well as to people wanting a good oil for home use.
Oils are sold as named single varieties with the botanical species given, and many lines are certified organic. That naming detail matters: a true essential oil is distilled from the plant, while a fragrance oil is a synthetic imitation.
Single essential oils cover the everyday varieties — lavender, tea tree, eucalyptus, peppermint — through to less common ones.
Carrier oils sit alongside them for dilution, which is not optional: essential oils must be diluted before any skin contact. There are also pre-made blends if you would rather not mix your own.
We have sold essential oils since 1988 and stock a broad spread, so less common varieties are usually available rather than to order.

Essential oils are concentrated and must never be applied undiluted to skin. For topical use they are diluted into a carrier oil at low concentrations — follow the supplier's guidance or that of a qualified aromatherapist.
Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children. Some citrus oils increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or have pets at home, seek qualified advice first — several common oils are not recommended in those circumstances.

How long do they keep?
Most keep well for a couple of years in dark bottles, tightly closed, away from heat and light. Citrus oils have a shorter life.
