Do I need to do a skin test every time?
Yes. The allergy alert test should be carried out 48 hours before every application, even if you have used the same shade before, because sensitivity can develop at any point. Instructions are in the pack.
What is the difference between the permanent colours and Reflex?
The permanent colours are 170ml kits that cover grey and last until it grows out. Reflex is semi-permanent in 110ml and washes out gradually — useful for refreshing colour or trying a shade first.
Will it cover grey hair?
The permanent range is designed to cover grey. How well any colour takes depends on how much grey you have and your hair's texture, so results vary.
How do I choose the right shade?
