Are the products biodegradable?
The cotton parts are. Wrappers and applicators vary — check the individual product page. Nothing in the range should be flushed.
Why does organic cotton matter here?
It is grown without synthetic pesticides and, in this range, processed without chlorine bleaching. For a product used against sensitive skin, some people prefer that.
Do these absorb as much as conventional tampons?
Absorbency is graded the same way — Regular, Super and Super Plus — and tested to the same standard, so choose as you normally would.
Is there advice on tampon safety?
Yes — use the lowest absorbency you need, change every four to eight hours, and read the leaflet in the box, which covers toxic shock syndrome. Speak to your GP or pharmacist with any concerns.
