Why does my plant milk separate?
Because there are no emulsifiers or stabilisers in it. Shake the carton well before pouring.
What is the difference between barista and standard?
Barista versions are formulated to froth and to hold up in hot coffee without splitting. Standard versions are for cereal, cooking and drinking.
Are the plant milks sweetened?
The range avoids added sweeteners. Any sweetness comes from the grain or nut itself. Check the individual carton for its ingredients.
Do they need refrigerating?
Not until opened — they are ambient cartons. Once opened, refrigerate and use within the period stated on the pack.
Are the cereals gluten free?
Some are and some are not. Oats are naturally gluten free but are often processed alongside wheat, so check the individual pack if that matters.
