A wash and a spray, both formulated for intimate use rather than being general body products used there. That distinction matters, because ordinary soaps and shower gels are not designed for this and are a common cause of irritation.

Salcura make both and each product page carries the full ingredient list, which is the place to check rather than any summary we could give.

Less is usually more. Plain water is enough for most people most of the time, and over-washing with anything is more likely to cause irritation than prevent it. Perfumed products are best avoided entirely.

The area is self-cleaning internally, so external washing is all that is ever wanted. Loose cotton underwear and avoiding prolonged damp do more than any product.

We are not going to tell you what anything means or what will resolve it, because we cannot know and it would be irresponsible to guess.

If you have itching, soreness, unusual discharge, an odour that is new, or anything that persists, that is a pharmacist or GP matter. Pharmacists deal with this routinely and discreetly, and it is a free conversation. Speak to your midwife if you are pregnant.
