Is dark chocolate dairy free?

What does the cocoa percentage mean?
The share of the bar that is cocoa solids and cocoa butter rather than sugar. Higher means less sweet and more intense, not automatically better quality.
Do you have vegan chocolate?
Plenty - Vego, Ombar and Booja Booja all do vegan lines, and most dark chocolate is vegan anyway. Use the filters to narrow it down.
Why does chocolate go pale sometimes?
That is bloom - cocoa butter or sugar rising to the surface after a temperature swing. It looks unappealing but is completely harmless and the chocolate is fine to eat.
