Vivani has been making organic chocolate in Germany since the 1990s, working with certified organic cocoa and avoiding palm oil across the range.
The bars are made in the European style — smoother and less sweet than most British chocolate — and the ingredients lists are short. It is a good everyday organic bar rather than a special occasion one.
Milk chocolate runs through several cocoa percentages, including Fine Milk 33% and versions with whole hazelnuts.
