Vivani has been making organic chocolate in Germany since the 1990s, working with certified organic cocoa and avoiding palm oil across the range.
The bars are made in the European style — smoother and less sweet than most British chocolate — and the ingredients lists are short. It is a good everyday organic bar rather than a special occasion one.
Milk chocolate runs through several cocoa percentages, including Fine Milk 33% and versions with whole hazelnuts.
Dark bars climb the percentages for anyone who prefers less sugar, and there are flavoured bars such as cappuccino. Several are dairy free, made with rice or oat milk rather than cow's milk.
We have sold organic chocolate since 1988 and keep a proper spread of the range, including the dairy-free bars that are hard to find elsewhere.
